We specialize in the fabrication of aluminum composite panels, also referred to as Aluminum Composite Material (ACM) or Metal Composite Material (MCM). We can supply a wide variety of finishes, featuring either a standard polyethylene or special fire-retardant (FR) core. We work with multiple material suppliers which gives you access to the largest selection of stock finishes and colors and keeps our pricing competitive. If we can’t find a stock color to match, then we’ll work with our suppliers to customize a color. Fabrication revolves around our 20’ x 5’ CNC routing table, where we cut and drill any stock panel size. Our experienced fabrication team forms and assembles the pieces into ready to install components. All the parts are then organized into ready to ship release packages. Our 46,000 square-foot facility is large enough that we can safely store product until the job site is prepared for delivery.

Our talented drafting team has a deep understanding of the rain screen, dry gasket, and wet-seal composite panel systems, as well as many other architectural panel systems. They utilize their extensive industry experience, along with the latest in computer aided drafting tools, to produce highly detailed installation drawings.
Jobsite laser scanning
Our state-of-the-art 3D laser scanner enables fast and exact measurement of the most complicated surfaces and openings. Our team uses sophisticated software to harness the raw scan data and produce an on-point and polished installation drawing set.
